Cancellation policy - If you requested a quote, you still need to provide a valid credit card to secure your reservation. You must cancel 24 hours prior yo your arranged pickup time to avoid a one hour cancellation charge ($200). Please call us today at: or email us at info@giantreeflimo.com if necessary.

At the driver's discretion the ride can be terminated without refund, if any damage is incurred to our vehicle. Passengers are financially responsible for any damages made to the vehicle during the ride. Charges for damage will be imposed accordingly and may exceed price for single item, if in a set.

Your enjoyment and safety are our number one priority:
Please refrain from hanging out or sitting on side door, windows or sunroof. We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen or left on the vehicle. please check the vehicle for personal items before exiting. Once again thank you for choosing GiantReefLimo!

Fees
$10 xx per any stop within the city limits
$20 xx for rides between those times
$20 xx for flight changes
$20 delays of 45 min or more 

Luggage
2 pieces of luggage 30 lbs each plus s handbag add $10 
After 15 min of waiting we charge the rate of $1 per minute
